Veteran and Indigent Patients Are Eligible for Special Discounts!
As part of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program, qualifying patients are eligible for discounts of up to 30% off at dispensaries if they qualify for either "Veteran" or "Indigent" status in the Patient Registry system. In order to receive discounts at Ohio dispensaries, patients are required to register under Veteran or Indigent status when they originally download their card for the first time.
Note: Patients seeking to qualify for registration with special status cannot submit payment for their registration fee until their status has been approved by the Board of Pharmacy. The “Activate Card” button, which begins the registration payment process, is not available while the special status is pending. Once the special status has been approved, the patient will receive a 50% discount on their Patient Registry activation fee.
